Polycarbonate Canada Wholesale – Returns & Refunds Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery

• All material orders must be inspected upon arrival.

• If any damages are noted, do not accept the delivery from the carrier.

• Report any damages to us immediately, within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Authorization

• All sales are final; however, in rare cases, returns may be accepted with prior authorization.

• To request a return, please contact us at order@polycarbonatecanada.ca.

• If a return is approved, we will:

  • Provide a quotation for return shipping charges.

  • Arrange pick-up of the product(s).

  • Apply a 25% restocking fee on the returned items.

Return Shipping & Refunds

• Payment for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Only items returned in resalable condition will be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds will be processed back to the customer’s original payment method (credit card) within 7–10 business days, less freight and restocking fees.
